With over ten years of experience in Individual Placement and Support (IPS), I specialise in supported employment services. My extensive background includes work on the UK's largest randomised controlled trial of IPS in community drug and alcohol treatment. I also led on a 3 year IPS pilot supporting offenders across 7 Midlands prisons. For the last 5 years I worked as an IPS Grow lead I supported services across the Midlands both established and new services with mobilisation and implementation support and guidance as well as carrying out fidelity reviews and guided self assessments along with follow up technical support.
